EFS is Pakistan's export incentive scheme (SRO 957(I)/2021), fully automated on WeBOC and Pakistan Single Window (PSW). Authorised exporters import inputs and machinery for export production without paying customs duty and sales tax, with local supplies of inputs zero-rated. The scheme runs on post-clearance audit and reconciliation rather than up-front duty.

Manufacturers-cum-exporters, commercial exporters, indirect exporters, common export houses, vendors and international toll manufacturers. Users are risk-profiled into categories (A, B and C) which determine monitoring and reconciliation frequency.

We manage the full export cycle: GD filing on WeBOC/PSW against your EFS authorisation, HS-code classification, input-output coordination with IOCO (Input Output Coefficient Organization), examination, port handling, and the utilisation/reconciliation records your compliance depends on.

Your permissible duty-free inputs are tied to an input-output ratio analysed by IOCO. We help compile the documentation, follow up on the Analysis Certificate, and file GDs strictly within your authorised quantities and value to keep the authorisation clean.

EFS users submit periodic reconciliation statements showing inputs acquired vs. output exported, local sales, value addition and wastage. New entrants face tighter (e.g. quarterly) reconciliation. We keep shipment-level records aligned so reconciliation and any post-clearance audit go smoothly.

EFS is reviewed at each federal budget and via SROs — recent changes have adjusted sales-tax treatment of some local inputs and excluded certain items (for example specific textile inputs) from zero-rating. We track the current SROs so your filings reflect the rules in force on your shipment date.
